Springwood Hospitality successfully develops hotels from the selection of the site to opening day. We have a proven formula for choosing hotel sites, which gives our hotels an advantage over competitors in the market. Since our establishment in 2007, we have developed approximately 1,090,0162 square feet and 1849 guest rooms making up 18 select service and extended stay hotels. Focusing on Marriott and Hilton brands allows us to become “experts” in the brand standards and ensures we are implementing the newest technologies for our guests.

After we have the best site and hotel brand, we select our architect and general contractor. Our opening team works closely with these trades throughout the construction of the hotel to foster strong relationships and maintain expectations. As a result, we turn challenges into stepping stones and our projects are consistently completed on time and within budget.

Our award-winning development and opening process has most notably earned us the Marriott Fairfield Opening of the Year 2014, the Hilton Multi-Brand Developer of the Year 2016, the Tru by Hilton Development of the Year 2017, the Tapestry Collection by Hilton New Build of the Year 2019, and the Hilton Focused Service Developer of the Year 2019. Springwood Hospitality’s hotels are often selected by Hilton and Marriott to test new initiatives and pilot programs, which keeps us at the forefront of the ever evolving hospitality industry. We worked closely with Hilton to pioneer their newest brand, the Tru by Hilton, and we opened the third and sixth Tru hotel worldwide.
