Justin was raised in a family deeply rooted in the hotel industry. At just 15, he secured his first hotel job with the help of his mother, balancing work and education until he earned his first General Manager position shortly before turning 21. His career quickly advanced as he took on executive roles, serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations for a large regional hotel group. In 2009, he joined Springwood Hospitality as President. By 2022, he became the sole owner and CEO after acquiring the 50% stake of his partner, David Hogg.
A graduate of the University of Alabama, Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a minor in Marketing. In 2013, he was recognized as one of Central Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40 young executives. His leadership has earned him a place on Hilton’s prestigious advisory councils, first for the launch of the Tru brand and later for Home2 Suites, one of Hilton’s fastest-growing brands. His contributions to Springwood’s award-winning development and operations have solidified his reputation as an industry leader.

Derek Sunbury is the Controller at Springwood. He brings over 20 years of accounting experience to the role, having previously held various accounting positions in the Hershey market.
Jennifer Quick is the Regional Director of Sales at Springwood Hospitality, bringing more than 20 years of hospitality sales and leadership experience. She specializes in hotel sales strategy, revenue generation, market development, and team leadership. Known for her enthusiasm, persistence, and collaborative approach, she is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building strong client relationships, and turning opportunities into measurable results.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ken Dukes is a results-driven leader known for his ability to develop high-performing teams and mentor aspiring leaders. As the Multi-Market Area Manager at Springwood Hospitality, he brings a deep understanding of operations, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence, driving success across multiple properties.
Sean joined the Springwood Hospitality team in February 2018 and has since held various positions within the company. He brings a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of hotel operations to his role as Area Manager.
