Ken's journey in hospitality began as a Guest Services Representative at a full-service Hyatt Regency, where he gained hands-on experience across every department. Throughout his career, he has worked with industry-leading brands, including Hilton, Marriott, and IHG, continually refining his leadership skills and operational expertise.
In 2020, Ken joined Springwood Hospitality as the General Manager of Home2 Suites in Martinsburg, WV. Under his leadership, the property achieved remarkable success, earning Hilton’s prestigious Connie Award for two consecutive years—an honor recognizing top-tier performance and guest service excellence. In 2022, Ken’s dedication and exceptional leadership were further recognized when he was named Springwood Hospitality’s General Manager of the Year.
Now, as Area Manager, Ken oversees both the Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton teams in Martinsburg as well as the SpringHill Suites Camp Hill and Home2 Suites Harrisburg North, driving operational efficiency, brand consistency, and market leadership. His commitment to excellence, team development, and strategic growth continues to elevate the guest experience and strengthen Springwood Hospitality’s presence in the region.

Justin built a distinguished career in hospitality, starting at 15 and rising to become Springwood Hospitality’s President in 2009 and sole owner & CEO in 2022. A University of Alabama graduate and Forty Under 40 honoree, he has served on Hilton’s advisory councils while driving our award-winning hotel company.
Molly Jensen, Vice President of Springwood Hospitality, has risen through the ranks of the hotel industry, starting at the front desk and earning recognition as one of Central Pennsylvania's Forty Under 40. She has been instrumental in achieving award-winning property performance and exceptional guest experiences.
Derek Sunbury is the Controller at Springwood. He brings over 20 years of accounting experience to the role, having previously held various accounting positions in the Hershey market.
Jennifer Quick is the Regional Director of Sales at Springwood Hospitality, bringing more than 20 years of hospitality sales and leadership experience. She specializes in hotel sales strategy, revenue generation, market development, and team leadership. Known for her enthusiasm, persistence, and collaborative approach, she is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building strong client relationships, and turning opportunities into measurable results.
Sean joined the Springwood Hospitality team in February 2018 and has since held various positions within the company. He brings a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of hotel operations to his role as Area Manager.
