Molly Jensen, Springwood Hospitality's Vice President, is no stranger to hard work. She has had her nose to the grindstone since she was a young girl working for her father’s business prior to pursuing her college degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After college, Molly worked herself through the ranks in the hotel industry all while maintaining a home with 3 young children - starting at the front desk, then Assistant General Manager, Director of Sales, General Manager and Regional Director of Operations before being promoted into her current VP role with Springwood.
Molly has been instrumental in ensuring our properties maintain award-winning status by achieving outstanding quality assurance audits as well as delivering incredible guest experiences. She was recently honored as one of Central Pennsylvania's Forty Under 40 young executives.
Molly’s involvement in hospitality doesn’t stop at hotel management - Molly is heavily involved with the local community, and opens her home to young professional athletes following their dreams with the local USPHL hockey team.

Justin built a distinguished career in hospitality, starting at 15 and rising to become Springwood Hospitality’s President in 2009 and sole owner & CEO in 2022. A University of Alabama graduate and Forty Under 40 honoree, he has served on Hilton’s advisory councils while driving our award-winning hotel company.
Derek Sunbury is the Controller at Springwood. He brings over 20 years of accounting experience to the role, having previously held various accounting positions in the Hershey market.
Katie Landis serves as the Senior Executive Assistant for Springwood Hospitality, directly supporting the Vice President & CEO. In this role since 2012, she plays a key supportive function across various departments. She has embraced the dynamic nature of her role, particularly enjoying her involvement in development projects and new hotel openings.
Caitlin Brandenburg is the Director of Sales & Revenue at Springwood Hospitality. With over 15 years of experience in sales, revenue management, and hotel operations, she specializes in driving top-line growth through strategic market analysis and data-driven decision-making. Her hospitality career began in 2007 at a Fairfield Inn & Suites, where she developed a passion for the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University, providing her with a strong foundation in hotel operations and business strategy
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ken Dukes is a results-driven leader known for his ability to develop high-performing teams and mentor aspiring leaders. As the Multi-Market Area Manager at Springwood Hospitality, he brings a deep understanding of operations, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence, driving success across multiple properties.
Jim DiCara is the Area Manager for the Lehigh Valley at Springwood Hospitality, providing focused support to Fairfield Inn & Suites Bethlehem and SpringHill Suites Easton, both of which opened in 2024 within a month of each other.
